What is the Ubertoot UTA2?
If you haven’t heard of it before, well maybe this review will change your perspective on the vaping world. This bad boy RTA was/is ahead of it’s time. The Ubertoot has a myriad of features that so many models are only just starting to offer (and many still lacking the whole menu).The Ubertoot is about a year old by now and it boggles my mind as to why there aren’t more produced or a new revision released. It’s a MTL (mouth to lung) hit but if you build it with precision, you can definitely get a nice inhale that is not only potent but absolutely thick with vapor. We think the popularity is caused by this potent draw and bang on pure flavor, it’s been dubbed as being one of the closest to a traditional cigarette.

User Experience
First Impression:
This tank comes with a lot of parts ! The box is huge; I’ve seen mods come in smaller boxes! It’s hard to believe the amount of stuff you get for the price, it even includes a nano kit with SS and PC tank sections which is refreshing rather than having to order them separate. The deck and chamber look different and this may be quite a learning curve.
Styling:
This really is a beautiful tank. I’m not a huge fan of the PC tank so i mostly use the stainless tank sections but when it’s fully put together it looks clean and polished. The delrin drip tip is a thin bore which suits the tank for the amount of airflow it provides . The chimney is extremely short and the chamber is small which is probably how his tank achieves such beautiful flavor . The threads are all perfect ( on the tank I received ) and the machining is flawless , it also came completely cleaned of machine oil but I always clean them no matter what . The 510 is adjustable but it’s very short so I had to adjust it to get it to make a solid connection on a couple of my mods I tested it on so be aware of that if your having problems . The kit comes with heavy duty magnetic stainless steel stand for the top and bottom of the tank for building and refilling which I found classy and handy as well .
Performance:
This tank has risen to the top of my flavor tank list . This isn’t a tank for cloud chasers as the airflow isn’t adequate for people that are used to sub ohm tanks. It makes a great mouth to lung tank but has enough airflow to lung hit with a bit of restriction. The build deck is geared for a single coil and looks more complicated than it really is. I tried a few different wicking methods but I agree with this method as easiest and it works just fine, supposing you wrap a bigger diameter coil e.g. 2.5 -3 ID. The juice control works internally so to adjust it you have to unscrew the base which I didn’t have to do with any of my juice at 80 vg and the control almost as tight as it could get. Mind you if you were chain vaping Max Vg you may have to open it up a bit more. I did experience some gurgling when the juice control was a little more open but no leaking. I would say try it on the tightest setting and adjust from there I fit didn’t wick quick enough for you. This tank performs amazingly with any type wire but I used titanium when testing and the taste was just superb. I find the airflow wide open is just perfect for the kind of restricted lung hit I like.
Overall
If you like a more restricted lung hit with great flavour or mouth to lung hit than this tank is definitely for you . It comes with all options included and is a bargain at the 35 dollar range I think . I can’t say enough about the flavour I’m getting off this tank with titanium , it’s absolutely perfect . It is very sparing with the juice as well to achieve this flavour so that to me adds to the value your getting .
