The Snow Wolf is an advanced 200 watts box mod made by Asmodus and Sigelei as a team. This mod features a maximum power output of 200 watts, and also has temperature control features built in it. This mod looks extremely clean and sharp, as it is made with stainless steel and glass. What are the features in this mod which made a big hype in the vape market? I will go through all the designs and features of this mod in detail below.
Price
The Snow Wolf retails at about $80 USD to $90 USD. It is deemed as a high end mod due to the high power output and temperature control features. I would say this is a little pricey for new users, however despite the price, sales have been shooting out of the roof with this mod.

User Experience
First impressions of the Snow Wolf was that the packaging came in a nice black box, with the Snow Wolf logo on the front and back. The kit includes the mod itself, a warranty card, and an instruction manual. Note that
the Snow Wolf houses 2 x 18650 batteries which aren’t part and parcel with the box so be sure to buy some to fire up.
The Snow Wolf body itself is a beauty, built out of glass and stainless steel. The front and back covers of the Snow Wolf is made of black tinted glass, so be sure to never drop this mod! It is encased by a single piece of steel, making it feel premium and high quality. The air vents are located at the bottom of the mod, drilled through the steel casing. As for the control buttons, there are only 3 basic buttons, like all other regulated mods. I tested all the buttons and found that there are no rattles unlike some other mods, and has a very satisfying mechanical click.
As for the interface, it is simple to use, 5 clicks on the fire button to unlock, and 5 clicks to lock. The + and – button are for changing wattages and controlling the temperature. The screen itself is very clear and bright, something that I always loved in mods with OLED screen. As for the Snow Wolf, when the screen is not in use, it disappears seamlessly behind the black tinted glass, a cool feature. Of course, the screen displays all the necessary information that users need to know, such as battery life, resistance of atomizers, output voltage, temperature and wattage settings. After use, the OLED screen will start to dim after 20 seconds, and turn off after 30 seconds. The device is still turned on, but has gone into sleep mode which helps to conserve battery. One cool feature that is really helpful is that if the Snow Wolf is unused for 30 minutes, the device will automatically lock! Despite not looking like a big feature, I cannot emphasize how important it is to always remember to lock your mods when not in used. I have left my mods unlocked many times, and it always fired automatically in my bag many times, burning my atomizers and making my mod very hot. (Dangerous!!)
As for temperature control, it is extremely simple on the Snow Wolf. After building your nickel build, merely screw your atomizer in and the Snow Wolf will ask if you have fitted a new atomizer. You can answer yes or no. Once you’ve done so, the device will automatically detect that you have completed installing the nickel build and prepare it for running into temperature mode. Just start firing at your preferred temperature, so simple and easy! There’s no menus to go through, no settings to select! Extremely convenient and useful for temperature control lovers. Just do the same with a kantal build, and it will automatically go back to wattage mode.
For the battery tray and cover, the back part is also a smoked glass plate, and is removable by simply pulling it away at the bottom of the device. The battery cover is held in place by 3 magnets. The performance of the Snow Wolf itself is wonderful, and I honestly cannot deny the quality of performance it very well has made worthy to boast. With up to 200 wattages of power, this baby is my new cloud chaser mod! Taking builds as low as 0.10 ohms, I get nice massive clouds and sweet flavour from such builds, and usually fires it at around 120 watts to 150 watts.
Overall
I have been impressed with the Snow Wolf 200 watts, ever since I got it out of the box, the beautiful design and amazing construction is something that has left a very good impression. This mod gives users a good feel in the hand, and I daresay that this will be a market leading VW/TC (Variable Wattage Temp Control) box mod. I would definitely recommend this device for anyone looking to enter the world of temperature control, or rather an all rounded powerful box mod. Only thing that I would have to warn users about is that as the Snow Wolf is made almost entirely out of glass, dropping it would be probably smash the glass parts. Other than the fragile-ness of it, this mod is definitely wonderful and easy to use, just have to be careful with it.
