This week we had the pleasure of testing two completely original flavors from Mt. Baker. For those of you not familiar with them, this home made U.S.A. e-juice manufacturer quickly won us over with a huge variety of tasty flavors, but more importantly for their high quality standards and starting with nothing but the best and purest ingredients available. The process in place allows the buyer to customize every detail of his bottle including PG/VG base mixtures and strength. The nicotine delivery satisfaction is stellar and demonstrates the good quality of the liquids. Although you have the choice of all the popular and many exclusive flavor imitations, Mount Baker is also known for creating their own completely unique flavors. This time, we tested two of those, let’s check them out!

Unique and refreshing while very surprising. The flavor is nothing like anything I had before. They describe it themselves as a ‘complex’ mixture of sweet with a touch of sour berries and some cool menthol. I can’t say I really found the berry flavor to be extra bold, but instead, the mixture slightly reminded me of original bubble gum flavor. The menthol was refreshing on the way out and it all somehow marries very well into creating a taste that can’t really be compared to anything. Very tasty and refreshing juice that could be qualified as fruity and candy with a mix of menthol.
Another great flavor for summertime. After testing, checked out what others had to say and many also described it as a unique experience, many calling it their all time favorite. We can highly recommend it for anyone looking for an out of the conventional box flavor. Our rating is a 4.5/5 Stars.
Mt Baker advises that Hawk Sauce has been known to damage plastic tanks. Please only use with Pyrex or non-plastic tanks and cartomizers.

Yet another completely unique and wacky flavor we got to try was Thug Juice. The name itself is a little suggestive but I had no idea what to expect. This one was somewhat similar to the Hawk Sauce. Once again, a presence of menthol is felt, especially on the way out all while being well balance. More of a fruity flavor again, the blend includes berries and watermelon, making it tasty and rich yet still refreshing. The similar blend mixes well with the touch of menthol and is also a very popular choice .
This would not be one of my favorite picks overall as it left a certain aftertaste of sweetness with the menthol that bothered me. Overall, very far from being a bad flavor, but between Thug Juice and Hawk Sauce, I would pick the latter. Still a prime flavor for those who may be attracted to the fruity menthol mix.
This flavor as well carries a warning of possibly breaking plastic tanks. Ensure never to use Thug Juice with plastic tanks or cartomizers to remain on the safe side.
